"Nothing but the highest praise for Rhonda. My husband and I stepped in the home-buying world with no previous experience and very little research. We explained that to Rhonda who, then, took us by the hand and walked us through the process. I can't even tell you the number of houses that we looked at before finding "the one." She never once hesitated, going so far as to give us her off-time to look at possibilities that I found outside of the parameters that we originally gave her. When it came down to final picks, we arrived to find complete portfolios on the properties that we were focusing in on. There were previous sale prices, neighborhood values, school info, etc. My mother had bought a house a couple years prior and noted that the job Rhonda did was much more thorough than her own realtor's work. I would highly recommend Rhonda to anyone looking into real estate. I really don't think that you will find anyone more dedicated, hardworking, or honest. Originally, she was someone we did business with; now, we consider her a friend--that we'd do business with again!"

"Rhonda was invaluable in finding the best house in the best part of town for me. She was very patient and listened to what I needed in a home. If not for her knowledge of the area I wouldn't have thought to look in my current neighborhood. Rhonda was also instrumental in helping me get in touch with a mortgage broker that was able to put me in touch with downpayment assistance programs in the area that I didn't know existed prior to meeting her. Rhonda was also great during the negotiation phase and helped me negotation key points in my contract.Rhonda has great people skills and was able to help me find a home for myself and children during a very difficult time. She is a good listener and is very conscientious of the needs of her clients and doesn't push them into a decision when they need time to think. I would defintely use her services in the future."

"Our experience of buying a home through Rhonda made what could be a stressful time in one's life very enjoyable and exciting. Her qualities of excellent communication, honesty, and untiring persistence combined with her experience and knowledge and intuition in understanding what we really wanted resulted in success! We looked at many homes at many odd times of the day and Rhonda accomodated us cheerfully the every time. Whenever we were going to meet her at a new house I always looked forward to seeing her and have her be part of our team. Rhonda works by a set of ethics that really raises her standard of business and personal interaction to a very high level. I could see that in action the whole time we worked with her. "It was a pleasure to work with Rhonda Heth, during the purchase of our new home!At the onset of our search for a new home, it was important that we would hire a realtor that would work with us, and take careful consideration to what we really wanted in a home. I know other successful realtors that are too aggressive. It’s great that they have succeeded at what they do, but I always felt that hiring someone like that would not meet our needs. They would be more concerned about what they thought we would need versus what we really needed and wanted.Rhonda was by no means too aggressive. Her easy-going nature made it easy for me and my wife to share with her what we wanted in a new home. Rhonda made an effort to understand what we really wanted and needed in a new home. Subsequently, she made suggestions along the way during our home search that always took into consideration the details that we had specifically requested.Rhonda was available to provide guidance every step of the way in the processing of paperwork, inspections, etc. She essentially took on the responsibility of completing many of these steps entirely on our behalf, when that was possible. She has a keen understanding of the logistics around each step of the process. This understanding provided a seamless process from start to finish.Overall, I feel that Rhonda’s efforts are genuine, to always serve her clients for what they want and need. "We were very happy with Rhonda. Growing up in Northern Colorado, she naturally has a strong knowledge of the Northern Colorado market. I was impressed with her patience. Over 18 months we walked through better than 50 homes, and she probably previewed atleast that many that she didn't feel met our needs. When we finally settled on a house, the process went very smoothly. Rhonda is quite organized which helped make sure we stayed on top of the due dates.
